Working undercover also means being able to enjoy all surroundings … different assignments call for different settings. And sometimes you will be surprised of what you find out there. Like today where I had a very important briefing and was invited to Costes for lunch. To me that equals posh and fashion and maybe not the most interesting cuisine when a BIO lover. But at the same time also a very calm and undercover place to talk in private.
This agent really enjoys a good tartar from time to time… as long as it is made from really good quality BIO meat. And to my surprise this restaurant has now introduced their very famous tartar “a la retour” in a Aubrac BIO version. And let me rapport – it was absolutely delicious! A serving of green beans on the side. A bit of mustard. A glass of red wine. Very happy agent! Many good clues were exchanged …

A tip: You will also find some BIO eggs on the menu. Maybe Costes is on to something?!
