Miam Miam…!! as they say here in Paris when something is just mouthwatering good! I have just discovered another BIO delight in Paris. The cookies from Laura Todd. They have been around and been certified AB since 1994… Makes you wonder how come it took this agent so long to discover them?!
In the 100% BIO catergory you will find 7 different flavors and trust me it is hard to choose! Chocolat Noir 100% végétal, Chocolat Noir et Cacao, Chocolat Noir et Ecorces d’orange, Chocolat Noir et Céréales soufflées, Chocolat au Lait, Noisettes croustillantes, Le Spécial (raisins secs, flocons d’avoine, cannelle, noix). Other than those everything from Laura Todd is guaranteed 50% organic and they even make a BIO gluten free chocolate cookie.

A tip: I have also discovered that Laura Todd has an organic lunch restaurant, this is to be tested in September when it reopens after the holidays!

These days it’s a hot affair to be a working agent in Paris… summer is here and most days hit 30 degrees! So it’s necessary to find ways to keep cool (this of course always being important in every sense of the word!), and this agent has just found the perfect way. Visit the Italian ice cream parlour GROM in rue de Seine – here you will find the most wonderful BIO chocolate sorbet with lots of little chunks of organic dark chocolate. Enjoy in the shade as often as needed!

A tip: If you are not in the area, but maybe exploring the Marais you will find a small GROM stand in the boutique Merci…
